Papers presented at this meeting will be published in a special issue of Bioinformation journal. This open-access e-journal is managed by Dr P Kangueane, Publication Chair of the 2nd ASEAN-China International Bioinformatics Workshop.
All submissions are to conform to the format and layout, and will be subject to peer review in accordance to the journal's requirements.

P Kangueane
Dr. P. Kangueane holds a B.Tech in Industrial Biotechnology (1997) and a PhD Bioinformatics (2001). He was Bioinformatics scientist at S*Bio (2001) and Assistant Professor (2002-2006) Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
He is the founding editor of Bioinformation (2005 -), Managing editor of Frontiers in Bioscience (2004 -), Founder & Executive Member, Post Genetics Society (2005 -), Director, Biomedical Informatics (2006 -), President, Biomedical Informatics Society, India (2007 -), Visiting Professor, Biotechnology, VITU (2007 -). He has authored and co-authored several journal articles (40+), book chapters (10+), monographs and conference proceedings (30+) in Bioinformatics and Biotechnology.
