Papers presented at this meeting will be published in a special issue of Bioinformation journal. This open-access e-journal is managed by Dr P Kangueane, Publication Chair of the 3rd EABN.

All submissions are to conform to the format and layout, and will be subject to peer review in accordance to the journal's requirements.

Dr. P. Kangueane holds a B.Tech in Industrial Biotechnology (1997) and a PhD Bioinformatics (2001). He was Bioinformatics scientist at S*Bio (2001) and Assistant Professor (2002-2006) Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is the founding editor of Bioinformation (2005 -), Managing editor of Frontiers in Bioscience (2004 -), Founder & Executive Member, Post Genetics Society (2005 -), Director, Biomedical Informatics (2006 -), President, Biomedical Informatics Society, India (2007 -), Visiting Professor, Biotechnology, VITU (2007 -). He has authored and co-authored several journal articles (40+), book chapters (10+), monographs and conference proceedings (30+) in Bioinformatics and Biotechnology.
